A magic moment I wanted to share

I have discovered that listening to French music while writing in English is not easy. It may seem obvious to you but it seemed like a perfectly good idea to me.

I have just put a peanut butter cups on my macbook and it is now covered in chocolate… I am obviously being a moron today…

I was thinking that there would be cherry blossoms soon and I found a bunch of pictures I took a while back which are mostly macros of flowers, and most of those cherry blossoms. They’re my favourite flowers 😀 I was going through my Flora folder (that’s actually what it’s called) and found these pictures I took while I was exploring the work campus when I worked in Meath in Teagasc in 08. I found these pictures that I had forgotten about that were like magic to me. I was wandering around with my teeny camera (as I do) on a sunny day, when I stumbled onto a clearing with a carpet of cherry blossom petals on the grass. The wind then blew in the branches and a breeze of thousands of petals flew around me. It was so magical I must have just stood there for a minute without moving an inch, afraid that I would break the spell.

Magic

Isn’t it beautiful?

Here is a close up:

Look at the sun shining through 🙂

This is why they’re my favourite flowers

They just make your heart swell with happiness ❤

That’s all for today . I remembered a wonderful moment and decided to share it with you. This is why I take so many pictures and write things down. People say that memories are in your head, but the sad thing is moments like this are forgotten easily, so I try to document as much as I can 😀

I’ll leave you with a last one that I took after deciding to lie down in the grass 😀

Look at all the colours!
